Giveaway Terms and Conditions

Eligibility

- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the US who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.

How to Enter

- To enter the giveaway, participants must make any purchase (no minimum purchase required).

- Each participant is entitled to one entry per order. Additional entries can be earned with every $25.00 spent at www.topfunrc.com.

- Participants must enter promotional code SLEDGE at checkout in order to enter the giveaway.

Giveaway Period

- The giveaway begins on August 13, 2024 and ends on September 30, 2024 at 11:59 PM (EST). Entries received after the end date will not be considered.

Prize

- The prize is a brand new Traxxas Sledge.

- The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutes will be offered.

Winner Selection

- The winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received.

- The drawing will occur on October 1, 2024 at 6:00 PM (EST).

- This giveaway will be held on Facebook. This can be viewed live on the Top Fun RC Facebook page found at https://www.facebook.com/topfunrc/

- Follow the Top Fun RC Facebook page in order to be notified of the drawing once it goes live.

Winner Notification

- The winner will be notified via email within 1 day of the drawing.

- If the winner does not respond within 14 days or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected.

Publicity

- By entering the giveaway, participants agree to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

General Conditions

- Top Fun RC reserves the right to cancel or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the giveaway.

- Participants agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

Limitation of Liability

- By participating, entrants release Top Fun RC and its affiliates from any liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
